Yes, power related issues on Mimaki pcbs are fixable
  2. Mimaki UJV100-160 SOUND

From which side you heard the sound, can you hear it constantly or only during some certain actions? Can you hear both when the machine printing and when idling? I saw a lot of ujv100 and played pinball few times but none of the 100s was sounding similar to it. Can you make a video of the...
  3. Mimaki UJV100-160 SOUND

The 100 model line is all on brother heads, with dampers, so the ink system there isn’t pressurised and has no air pumps. It’s gravity fed plus ink/waste pump. Only subtank models with ricoh or toshiba heads has air pressure system
  4. CJV 30 Adjust Fine Y Bi

Correct, move solid line to overlap dashed. If solid line on the left go plus, if solid on the left go negative
  5. Sub Tank Overfilling on UJF-6042 MKII

Slider-T pcb very rarely go out by itself. Most likely some connections were damaged during air valve replacement. The error means main pcb got no response from slider pcb. Recheck all connections on slider. If heads are still leaking inks double check and replace o-rings on air lines fittings...
  6. CJV150-130

That sounds like hardware problem, not firmware. Maybe solenoid on cutter worn out?
  7. mimaki cjv150 print head and pump problem

It’s up to you leaving it just as cutter of course, but keep in mind that the cutting function on this machine is kinda limpy, not the best part. And 75 cm size is exotic too for wide format, my opinion this machine is old enough for retirement. But yes, if it’s 10yr old the pump definitely has...
  8. mimaki cjv150 print head and pump problem

Maintenance liquid line clogs very often due to no use, you’ll need to clean or replace the tubing. The pump most likely not a problem if not older than 2 years, the head could easily dry out in a month turned off. Check if your cap seal is good, try pull the ink manually through the cap with...
  9. CJV150-130

Solventinkjet, maybe you meant BS ink? Never heard about ES3 restrictions or special firmware for them. You just need to choose SS21 or ES3 at initial filling. PJ758 what problem you have right now? No need to look for parameters, in case if the machine doesn’t recognize the cartridges go to...
  10. UJF 7151 plus thread.

The point is to make 1.5mm gap between head surface and the table, so yes, nothing on the table, and make sure all 4 corners of the table are equal
  11. Sub Tank Overfilling on UJF-6042 MKII

It’s mostly removing the covers and unplugging some cables. Not too complicated if you know what you’re doing and prepared to fix what you may damage. If you feel confident replacing the subtank this wouldn’t be a problem
  12. Sub Tank Overfilling on UJF-6042 MKII

If the subtanks are already replaced but the issue persists then 3-way air valve assy (E301282) needs replaced.
  13. Sub Tank Overfilling on UJF-6042 MKII

Most of the ink supply errors, overflow or ink leaking from the printhead on UJFMKII caused by air pressure issues. No point of replacing ink filters, overflow on the subtank means printhead couldn’t drain needed amount and greater amount of ink was added to the subtank, which caused subtank...

You can adjust feeding in #adjust > feed comp.2, but the most important adjustments which has to be performed before are leveling, table height (head gap), head voltage, head slant, stagger, and only after all of that - feeding. Also this could be caused by deflected nozzle on cyan head

Whatever you see on the screen will be your maximum (153) after setting
  16. UJF 7151 plus thread.

Move it up until you get 1.5 actual gap, then press enter save
  17. UJF 7151 plus thread.

None of these, just press enter to confirm I think that’s carriage movement related, but I’m not sure
  18. UJF 7151 plus thread.

You need good feeler gauges for that. Go to #table adjust and adjust the height so you’ll get 1.5 gap in all 4 corners and the center of the table. This may doesn’t need adjusting, just make sure the gap is right and begin adjusting the Z sensor
