IJ35C is probably going to harder to remove than 40C. It’s got a little more bite in my opinion, but Ive never tried it on laptops or phones. I would guess it would stick better but may be harder to remove.

I get the fear of using cheap vinyl on cars, but you’d be safe to use a cast high quality vinyl that’s not for wrapping specifically, like 220 series from 3m or something similar. 2080 is just really difficult to cut small letters and logos out of because of how easily it comes off the liner.

3m 2080 is wrap film, not really the best material to be making small decals that need to be weeded. Is there a reason you have to use that?

I’m went through( and still am a little) the same thing. I watched all of Summa’s YouTube videos and learned a lot and feel way better about GoSign and the Corel plug-in. There’s still a couple quirks I’m working out but, I really like it.

I have used both, was a diehard Graphtec fan years and then I got a Summa S2 T and absolutely love it. Graphtec is a solid machine, but the Summa will do everything it does and more. I wish I would’ve got one a long time ago.

It’s definitely locked, disable print and export is never activated. Why should it be locked?

If I use the “publish to pdf” option in the plugin the the regmarks show up whether the layer is locked of not. If I select my artwork and export through Coreldraw (which is usually what I do) they don’t. If I send the cut file to GoSign and close it the layer locks again. I feel like it also...

I clean mine are nice a week-ish sometimes 2 weeks. It doesn’t really cause any issues unless you let a lot build up. Everyday should keep your machine looking pretty good.

You should try using IJ35C, it's a lot stickier than 40C and way cheaper than IJ180.

That happens on most printers, I don't think your heater is too high, it's just something you have to clean off from time to time. I just add that step when I clean the printheads on my Rolands.
