okay ...im sorry .. i just checked black has 1 nozzle not jetting, magenta has 2 nozzles not jetting

right now all the nozzles are firing as per the nozzle test

we have done all the maintenance, auto, manual, periodic... check the buffer plate... checked the roller in the tray if it is getting skewed, checked the rewinder...pinch roller have been checked... all okay... also to not when we print on smooth media the rewinder doesnt roll the media...

Okay the print head has been changed, the techs were not able to clear the nozzles ....but even after this we are getting banding .... even after changing the step value ..increasing the mode ( robust mode/improved print strategy) ... all this is happening in the glossy production mode... we do...

The tech told us not to use IPA to clean this printhead as its different from other printheads

the tex the tech even told us that we can not soak the print head in Methyl Benzoate ....and this print head was not like other UV machines were we could...

thx a million for this suggestion, the tech didnt suggest this to us at all...the current situation is a replacement of the printhead....once again thx a lot

One of our K print heads are blocked like around 40% of it (attached a nozzle test print) the printed has printed around 20k m2 of material, we have spoken with Canon and the current assessment is to replace the print head, but we are over the AMC parameters so its gonna ..... do you'll have any...
