NEVER MIND! HAD THE USB INTO THE WRONG PORT ON PLOTTER!!

I need help! I just got a Graphtec 9000-140. To replace my 7000-135. I use Flexi. I just updated to the latest Flex and created a new setup with the 9000-140 but it says cannot open port. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for your help!!!!

Yes

No head crashes. But the maintenance station is original. The printer is 4 years old.
