    Roland VG-640 Scan motor error

    I'm getting a new issue with my every growing pain in the @$$ Truevis printer. This started today. When I try to print an image it gets to a certain area (See image) and then the carriage acts like it hits something and disconnects (Image 2), causing a scan motor error. I've checked and nothing...

  2. Carriage Head Problems XC-540

    Head hit media and now we have two black "tab/covers" that have become dislocated. There is one on each end of the carriage head, on the backside. Does anyone know what these are and how to fix? Thank you
