20 gauge galvanized steel...how does one round the corners?

Just wondering if there is a tool that can do that...I have a round corner machine, but seriously don't think it can deal with thin steel...or can it?

I would ask the manufacturer about your application before getting that for steel.I see it says mild steel but I would check first.

Are you getting the heavy duty one with the table press? If so, you may want to make sure the press
comes with it, our corner round didn't and we had to get one from Harbor Freight for about $65.

If it replaces 1 employee if pays for itself pretty quick. Plus you make your own products, not buying from others. Not for everyone.

Notice the asterisks on the illustrations. That means the tooling is extra. So it would be more than $45K...
