Received this email today, Someone might find it useful. It's a new 3M economy vinyl that has a 3 year lifespan.

I have a roll and it I don't like it. It ripples if you heat it so I get head strikes and when it cools it curls up into the opposite way it is on the roll. I will stick with my Oracal 3164 for cheap stuff.

164' roll? Well that makes pairing it with laminate a bad fit.

I'm a big fan of the 3M IJ35C myself. It's cheap enough for economy print vinyl & lasts 3-4 years outdoors.

I love the IJ 35 as do a lot of my clients! Have yet to try the new 3m. But I will give it a shot of course. As for the 164ft roll...it makes leadering and matching to lam a bit easier. Takes up to 6 ft to leader one of our bigger printers.

IJ35C is a very good product, I have been using it for the past year or so and i love it. Hardly any shrinkage i have seen compared to Oracal 3651 or any other calendered vinyls i have used.
