Need Help 550 print issue. k & M

Hi all!
Any ideas on what this issue may be? It's happening on BOTH K and M channels.
Vac pressure appears to be fine (5.00) and system tested for leaks.
Therm on that really whacky K was changed out 12-20.
I was thinking bad ink but the K was fine for the first 90% of the box and the M was fine for the first 50% of the box.
Thoughts?
