We have been seeing a specific issue with older CJV30 and JV33 models. If you are having issues with keeping the left magenta channel clear and/or the cap top does not seem to be lining up with the head very well, replace your cap slider. The pegs that allow the slider to slide smoothly erode after a while and flatten out. This causes the cap to tilt slightly to the left which allows air in. See the attached picture. It's one of the cheapest fixes at $5 plus shipping!
