A scripty font that got us stumped...

I'm back again because the same customer from my previous thread has a couple of other caps they want us to recreate but we are not having any lucky finding a font that resemble this. WildWestDesigns mentioned about how fonts sometimes have to be altered to work for embroidery but I'm not finding anything close to this. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!

That looks like the font (just with a quick look at the glyphs), but it has been thickened up for the embroidery. At least for a couple of the characters.
