About Colorgate "tailgating" option with hp latex. Some times works sometimes not

Question for Printer operators using Colorgate and latex printer. Is the tailgating work properly. Mine some times works some times not and printer makes all the routine dry-stop-start-preheat. I am referring to hp latex 360 but i dont thing it has to do with tge model but with the rip.

Do you have in all your jobs exactly the same printmode? It has to be same DPI and same passes.
Also you can't send the next job too late when it's already finishing the previous job.

Yes its all the same. Also I pause the print queue, organize the files and the resume. So they are all together
