Hello... just a quick positive message about Advantage Sign Supply. I got a roll of their Optima brand 15oz media from them that seemed to want to wave and ripple on one end of the roll (or rather one side). I was able to print 2 total 8ft banners and then everything just went to heck. Well, Bryan Koets at Advantage and his assistant did a RMA and let me do a swap for a full new roll. Now that's customer service! Thanks! Miked.
