Agfa Annapurna M2050

I hope you are doing well.

We have an Agfa Annapurna M2050 machine with an image quality issue: head misalignment. The ink seems to print clearly outside the letter boundaries, causing blurry text and color interference.
Printing services

Action we have taken:
1. Clearing the head nozzles,
2. Replace the encoder strip.
3. Replace the old ink.
4. Check the air pressure.
5. Change the head Voltage from 12 to 24V and the same issue,
Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you require any further details or clarification to assist us.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Your description sounded to me like maybe a calibration issue, but that picture of the prime test shows a LOT of drop-out - like bad heads. You may want to flush them again, and again. Our printer is the Annapurna H2500i LED. So I'm not sure how similar the two are, but our heads are REALLY expensive, so I hope for you it's not bad heads.
