I tried another one that was suggested by my friend it's better then Topaz. I compared the same file and you see the results attached. There's actually a free version of it except it comes with ads but there yearly fee is real reasonable.

Here's info from Topaz

For AI-generated images with jagged / saw-tooth edges, here’s the correct breakdown:
  • Bloom: Best for creative upscaling
→ It reimagines and enhances AI art in a more stylized way
→ Good if you want the image to look more polished or “artistically refined,” but not strictly faithful to the original pixels
  • Topaz Photo: Best for cleanup and artifact reduction
→ Better for fixing noise, compression artifacts, and some edge issues
    → More “corrective” than creative
  • Topaz Gigapixel: Best for resolution upscaling with structure preservation
→ Helps improve clarity and detail while keeping the original composition intact
→ Often the best starting point for sharpening edges in AI images

CorelDraw is good, but it has its limitations. There are 6 settings to help tweak Outline Trace. I use them often.

What do u change tweak? I use corel just got 2026 update it's getting better little by little each newer version.
Under Bitmap drop chart choose "Outline Trace" then choose one - Line Art, Logo, Detailed Logo, Clipart, Low Quality Image, or High Quality Image. Once you select one then a box opens asking for Trace Type. The sliding scale allows you to tweak amount of detail -/+. I seldom use smoothing/corner smoothness. You can see Trace result details side by side. Image on top, trace below. Each option produces different results. If you don't like what you're seeing, scrap it and start over. It's pretty easy to use in a pinch. CAUTION... I recommend zooming in to view details... what appears to be straight, may not be straight and you may need to edit the nodes.
