ALLEN Datagraph issue

I just got an incredible pick on a AD model 830. $100. Practically new. Back to shop it runs real well. I was cutting 15" material fine. I later loaded 24" material. Upon loading, head read pinch rollers then OUT OF LIMIT light comes on. I have no users manual. I went back to 15" material and it continues. I have to shut machine down to clear light. Any ideas?, settings? I cut off Corel Draw X5. thanks in advance
