another "I know this font" but ... can't nail it

closest I find is Linotype Plak Black Extra Condensed, but its off by a bit

saw that one too, but the Q and R are off

you are right, I did tweek the Q ... but let the R go as is.
Just had no more time. It does buggle me not having found THE right font ... but then again,
you and I know it. The client was pleased.
