I did this last month and although it's only a small sign at 18"w. x 24"h., it was a tricky piece. Meant to be an outdoor sign and to last a year or two at most.
The face is actually 3/4" PVC that I direct printed on our flatbed with a wood grain pattern. The Wildflower lettering is all incised v-carved. The logos top and bottom are also direct printed and affixed on top as an applique. The post and frame are cedar. These smaller signs are a lot more work and you have to charge a more for them to make it worth your while.
