Seagull bold gives a similar bouncy Roman vibe, try condensing it a bit. Goudy heavy faced condensed is also close but you may need to make it a bit thinner with a reverse outline/ offset path.

Its not a font. it was done by hand, In Coreldraw I would put it on 1 layer and then some similar letter on the layer above.
Then turn those letters into CURVES. make them just thin outlines so you can completely see the scan below, and resculpt the outlines to match the letters underneath. It does not take that long. I did the "f" See the blue outline i adjusted, and poof a custom letter
