any toy car/slot car collectors on here?

any of you guys collect the toy miniture slot car type toys? i have a friend who needs some advice if anyone knows anything about that type of thing. thought i'd post on here as you never know someone elses hobbies!

I am not. I used to design for Playing Mantis (Johnny Lightning Diecast).
During that time I found the HobbyTalk Forums. Those guys are hardcore rc's, diecast, slots, you name it.
He might find answers there if theres no luck finding them here.
