Anyone know the name of the cross cut blade on the xc-540? I have looked everywhere (ebay, google and still nothing) I need to change the cross cut blade on the machine. It is completely dull and not cutting the fabric material I am using. Anyone know the name? Any help or link would be great. Thank you!

From memory this is what our VS-640 uses, although you'll have to double check whether it fits the XC-540.
