I'm gonna guess that its totally custom. While it does have overtones of something that could be from House Industries or Fontalicious I find nothing even close but then I did not look too damn hard either.

I am going to guess custom as well. I do have a font called AlrightB that might be a good starting point if you wanted to go through the trouble of adjusting the letters to look similar to the District Threads logo.
