Anyone who use onyx production house 2021 for epson ?

Anyone who use onyx production house 2021 for epson ?

I bought a new epson 360600 and my old epson profile can not load into the onyx production house

any thoughts

Are you sure of that model number for the printer?

What version did your old profile come from? Is it the same Onyx software and you just got a new printer? If so, you don't want to use profiles made for a different printer. They won't work.

Thanks I am using epson s60600 and need the epson GS_Canvas_Satin profile for onxy production house. I am using gamaprint for my current epson machine but the same profile for gamaprint just doesn't work for the productionhouse

Yes, the epson dashboard should be able to sync the profile but the onyx keep telling me that it can not sync with the epson edge board. so i am aksing anyone who is using productionhouse 21 with s60600 to export this profile for me . that would be the easiest way cause i have spending hours trying to connect the dashboard and onyx. all failed
