I have a file from a customer that I can't seem to open in Flexi. The application listed is ESRI ArcMap 9.3.0.1770. PDF version is 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x) if that is of any help. Flexi says it is not supported. I am turning to the super pro's on here to plead for help. Flexi says the file is not supported. Is there another way I can tell them to save the file to keep the quality and get it into Flexi. Running it through Photoshop seems to degrade the quality. Any advice please????
