That "ARMY" sample does not look like anything official connected to the US Army. I do a lot of work for various clients aboard Fort Sill and I've never seen that lettering treatment before. It just looks like some kind of custom treatment that originated in a random place, perhaps some sign shop or t-shirt company near an Army post. It might even be "fan" generated artwork. It's not anything from real US Army branding guidelines.

I use it alot when looking for the name of a font I've never used before or... just forgot the name of.

I think the general term for those types of fonts is "Stencil Fonts" (?) not necessarily Army Fonts
