Assistance With Lightbox Sign + Materials

Hey Guys,
We usually outsource our lightbox inserts but a good client needs some urgently which our supplier can't meet the deadline for.
We've purchased some opal acrylic (33%) and were going to print on Arlon 4500 clear (this is not optically clear) CMYK at 110% ink density and mount to the opal acrylic.
Are their any issues with this or is this the right way?
