Battery powered interior LED acrylic sign?

I have a customer requesting a battery powered LED dimensional acrylic sign. They are in a union owned building and have to contract a union worker to install any electrical signs. Does anyone have a suggestion for BATTERY POWERED LED modules? It's 1 small sign 30" x 72", mounted with stand offs and stainless steel brushed 3D logo. Any recommendations with a source would be greatly appreciated.

Those aren't battery powered though, are they?

Gyford has some LED standoffs that I believe can be installed without an electrician.
