Adding a newer option to this thread:
SignFlow.
I'll be upfront — it doesn't try to solve the deep product taxonomy problem being discussed here. If you need complex per-substrate pricing matrices or multi-tier product catalogs, it's not that.
What it does well for small
sign shops (1–10 people): free-form line items on quotes (description, quantity, unit price), so you handle vinyl, banners, wraps, dimensional letters, or whatever mix your shop does without being forced into pre-built SKU structures. Quote goes out with a customer approval link, comes back approved, becomes a job on a Kanban board.
It's for shops that need something cleaner than a spreadsheet and cheaper than ShopVox — not for operations that need full product databases. Early beta, $79/month.
trysignflow@gmail.com if it sounds like a fit.
