best way to lay translucent vinyl

applying 3' x 15' translucent vinyl to .177 polycarbonate. not alot of experience with translucent vinyl this size. see .jpg

what is best way to apply:

1. we have laminator, so r-tape and run through?

2. apply by hand and use fluid?

3. other ways?

I'd use the laminator if it were me.
