Big Lines In Printing.... WHY?

Would anyone have ANY idea what the cause of these wide lines in the print are?

The print has a light grey background.

They are occuring in between the pinch rollers.

This is a new roll of 13oz single sided banner material, and I have not done anything different than I have in the past.

I did adjust the heaters, but that had no effect.

The printer is a Mutoh Falcon Outdoor 62, and the ink output settings were as follows:
C-90%
M-75%
Y-82%
K-80%
LC & LM-100%

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
JD

my guess would be the media is tunneling, causing those portions to be closer to the print heads therefore not having the same color distribution...try turning off your pre heater
