blues too dark

I got my Mutoh Falcoln set up with Flexi Pro. On the blues, they are printing too dark. I am using 3M controltac, with the matching ICC profile. The other colors are printing fine, help please.

oversaturation?
global color replacement for your blues, print samples, and go for temporary fix.
need better swatch values in your design, maybe... or re-profile your printer to compensate.
