Hi All,
After the latest VersaWorks update to 6.10.0 the BN-20 started printing the registration marks with the small arrow directly next to the print rather than the roughly 1/4" gap that used to be there. Therefore when I try to cut via registration marks on the GS-24 all cuts are about 1/4" off.
Has anyone run into this or have an idea of what could be going on or adjustments etc.
I did try running an older version of VW but had the same results.
