Brown spots when I laminate

I am using Oracal 3551ra and 290g laminate. For some reason I am getting brown spots when i laminate. There is nothing on the vinyl when I put it through just after if comes out. But as I am watching the laminate I do not seeing any spots as it is feeding thru???
