Calculating prices questions.

i run a small sticker/vehicle lettering business. I run a gerber edge, 24" GCC plotter and a 15" Gerber HS15+. How do you guys calculate prices? when someone asks me for a quote for a high number of edge decals I have to do the math like 10x depending on number of colors and lamination and then remember the current prices of these materials....kind of a nightmare. Sometimes I do it quick and either shoot myself in the foot or over price it and lose the business.

E$timator software specifically for the Gerber Edge

Here's an overview of the E$timator software we wrote years ago specifically for the Edge. We are currently working on the next version. This version will not work on 64 bit systems. Here is a pdf. The price is negotiable because the next one is not far off. We have over 700 registered users, many who say they can't live without it. It does make it easy.
