Call Jemmings 678-714-1990 it is near by you. He charges $70 for travel and $140 to work on. You might be able negotiate on the price.

Ever since they change my JV33's printhead, the problem is still continues (color channels (any of them) stop firing during printing, the tech recommend to me that he needs to change the printerhead because the stainless steel frame around the printerhead was bent, so I said OK, (I wasn't very familiar about the JV33's back then) but come to find out s/s frame has nothing to do with and relationship to capping station to effect the print quality, I was lead to believe capping station was siting around the s/s frame or I completely misunderstood the tech but I told him that right before this problem has occurred I printed non-stop 275 linear feet + printing with immaculate print quality.
I already called and left two messages to them and no-one called me back yet, this is since last week. One thing working for my advantage is sign business is not my bread and butter. Although, I may be down but I am not depending on my sign business to make ends meet.
Tomorrow, Advantage Sign Supply tech's will be coming to resolve the problem but they assured me they are going to own the problem even if they can't fix it at the first time.
After paying $1600.00 (just labor and travel time BTW. From Atlanta to Nashville) at the first time, I really was expecting better commitment from them, what got me is, they told me that Mimaki USA hire them to work on their machines one time and I thought what good for Mimaki USA is good for me.
