Ive got some old camera equipment I thought about selling but I have no clue where to sell it at. Anyone have a clue?? I dont use ebay nor do I have an account so thats out of the question and Craigslist is a joke. Does anyone have a suggestion where you can sell camera equipment these days??

There's always ebay, though I find it to be a hassle, and would rather sell locally. Or you could sell it to me! What do you have?

Sell it on ebay! no one cares if you have no ratings. look up the camera first and see if they are on there and if they are see about what they are going for. pay no attention to BUY IT NOW items, I always look a the ongoing auctions, if it looks like its selling start you bidding at $1 with adequate shipping and let it go.

what are the items and I can look them up for oyu if you need help. one thing about ebay is your not running your item all over town and waiting on people to come look at it. When your selling something EVERYONE is interested but you find out you do nothing but waste your time

ill probably sell the lens separably down the road with the flash. Im debating on going with a D700 or D300

If you can afford it, wait for the D800.... or wait till it comes out anyway... the D700 will be discontinued, and will be going for peanuts.

Can't go wrong either way. My mate has a D700 and it's a fine camera. D300 is also ok, but DX.

I'm still with DX (D90), but next time will go full frame... not for another couple of years yet though... I may end up getting a D800 when its successor comes out.
