Can any one tell me why am i getting majenta lines

I cleaned the head and properly inserted tge cables to the mother board. I was expecting a clean print but i am getting the lines in the print, majenta lines and uneven yellow color. Pls reply.

Maybe Bad cable’s, bad Printhead, bad card

Why did you take the cables out to clean the head? Can you post a nozzle test which will give more idea.
If you took the cables out without properly powering down the mainboard then you could have damaged it
