Can anyone recommend a "VERY HIGH TACK" Transfer tape?

I have some 3M 7725 vinyl on a clear liner, and I am having trouble getting my
R-Tape 4075RLA transfer tape to lift vinyl away from clear liner.
Maybe this roll of 3M is getting old. But I have 2 full rolls of this material and
would like to use it.
Thanks for looking and any suggestions, Peter.

I believe TransferRite has a super hi tack that is meant for vinyls like the Frosted Sparkle only, not to be used on regular cut vinyl,

Check your blade depth to make sure you're not cutting into the liner, which will cause the vinyl to not lift more easily.

angle of blade, depth of blade and how long the vinyl is left before the weeding happens

That 7725 stuff only gets harder & harder to get off the liner as it gets old...and it starts having a very unpleasant smell...i'd start pushing it asap
I've got a Caravan repair guy as a customer whos got heaps of factory decals cut out of that stuff & i've tried heaps of ways to re mask them but the bins the best option
