Cannot find port :: CM2 + graphtec CE5000

Not sure why - but suddenly, Cutting Master 2 Cannot find port.

Connected with USB. When the cutter is turned on, it beeps, signifying that it recognizes the device.

Not sure where to start digging.

Have you connected any new machines to your computer via USB recently?

do not plug the plotter in unless it is powered on first or windows may list it as an unknown usb device without it's proper driver

Not sure what happened. We had some PC problems earlier in the morning. Perhaps we lost the driver? We uninstalled/reinstalled Cutting Master and reinstalled driver and it started working.
