CE7000 cutting larger than dimensions entered

I'm stumped here. Using Graphtec Pro Studio with a CE7000 plotter. I'll enter the size of an image, for example 11.318 x 3.110 is entered as the dimensions and once cut, the image is 11.625 x 3.071. I read that it could be the step size but both the graphtec and software are at 1016. Any help would be much appreciated.
