Changing from 6 color to 4 color, help!!

I am changing our JV3 160 from 6 color to 4 color and all is fine except I can't get any yellow ink into the lines where the cleaning carts had been during 6 color operation. Have done ink fills, nozzle wash, head cleaning and so on. Any ideas?????? Had been in 6 color for about a 1.5 years. The other lines all filled up fine.

Did the level in the cleaning carts decrease, or were they empty?

I you're lucky, it may be that the cap seals or pump is bad, if not, you may need a new head.

Had the head replaced Monday, works great! thanks, Jim
