Need Help CNC Router Cutting 0.080 Aluminum

Hey everyone, I have a vision 2448series 3 cnc router, and I need to cut some 0.080 aluminum sheet metal. I need some tips on doing it, as well as tool settings I should be using to cut.

24K RPM or faster. We usually cut at 40K. Are you through cutting or pocket. Vacuum works best and quickest for multiple cutting. Use a lubricant we like ethanol. (do not use on ferrous metals). For really fast through cutting we use our 4K pulse laser. Complicated work we will use both systems on same jobs especially if pockets are in solved, (both are equipped with vision).
If you have a slow router take less of a bite and go as fast as you can.

I can only spin 18k rpm. its only 0.080” aluminum. i ended up cutting a piece earlier and had a good result. but yeah through cutting not a pocket. I am cutting out sheets for the bottom of some tables and lounge chairs in a mental health wing of a hospital to keep the crazies from shoving their snacks in there because of rats lol
