Coarse print on a VP540

Hey anotherdog...82R909 and I use .EPS's from illustrator, flexi and corel. We are also using versaworks with oracal 3551RA and have tried oracal 3165. Printing at 720, they both give the same result...coarse grainy prints in green but the black and yellow in the design/file look perfect! we have tried about 20 different color profiles and the only thing that seems to change is the shades of green. Also tried printing at 1440 but its not much better. Thanks Thomas
