Color Issues printing with mutoh 1624 an flexi

Hello, I am trying to print a banner and it has a lot of black in it. The few graphics that are in color (light blue, darker blue) are printing black. Some of the words that are blue in color are printing green popcorn bos that looks to be bright red is dull and almost looks burgundy. The pdf is fine I had it checked twice. It looks good in preview, but it is not picking up the colors correctly. Anyone have this issue before? Printing at 720 x 720. Thank you

What does your nozzle check look like? Are you getting any cross contamination? Also, are you using color correction?

Nozzle check looks good, had not used any color correction should I try this?

Yes. When you don't use color correction it usually prints way too much ink and makes everything look darker than it should and colors will be off in general.

use color correction had been off. Cleared up my issues right away. Thanks s much.
