color numbers

[Colorburst]

I asked my customer for Pantone colors for his print job and this is what he sent me.
Blue. 00437a
Gray. Bbaf97
I don't have a printer and job these print jobs out to a wholesale printer. Do these sound like standard color numbers to anyone?

Maybe it's this?

Look like hex code numbers to me. Just punch them into the bottom of the colour picker palate in Photoshop to get the RGB or CMYK numbers. Hope this helps! Tim
