Colorado 1650 Error 6502 - Any Ideas

Hey guys,

Got in this Morning to a new error we haven't seen before - Looked it up & didn't see anything on google.
Error Code : 6502 /printer/06_CND
Waiting for canon support, thought I would try here first while im waiting

Hey, may i know how you solved it? we trasportet the machine to our client and after the transport he error appeared. We are far away to check what could be the problem

There is a panel to the right of the main power switch that you can remove, behind it are a couple of small breakers and I'd bet that one of them is tripped.

I can't find this panel is it bellow the screen?

The main power switch is located at the bottom of the printer, behind the fold-down door. After powering the machine down, I'd wait ten minutes, then unplug the two power cords from the printer so they are out of the way. There you will see a plate held by two screws; behind that plate are two or three small breakers.

Thank you, I found it, however, that didn't fix the problem, I think it a chiller problem. I am waiting for the support.
