Colours!!!

Hello All,

Our flexi program recently crashed on us and we had to re-install..now with it up and running the colours are way off..i brought in the old ICC profiles from the previous program-however one of my tabs must be off and I have no records on which one. Basically the colours see to be okay-except black drop shadows are coming out green on the printer and grey colours are coming out green..any thoughts?
