Have a customer that needs printed cardboard comment boxes.... anyone know who prints these??

Any box company in the USA can print and make them for you.

The more you purchase at one time, the better the price.

Google and the Yellow Pages / Superpages are a plus here.

Since you are in Florida, try Dusobox (sp?) as they are close to you.
