Convert Corel Draw file into a .GAD

As the title says I'm looking for an inexpensive program that will convert any Corel Draw file into a GAD which runs on Gerber plotters. Right now I am using an old Flexisign program that won't run on Windows 7. Gemme a clue.

Will that old Flexi program run on XP? You might try to run Windows 7 in XP compatibility mode. That might get it to run. I don't use Flexi, so I don't know for sure, but might be worth a shot.
