Corrugated panel widths

Anyone have any good measurements for corrugated widths? Not coverage width but what it would take to cover a given width. IE: if a given panel of r panel corrugated is 36” laying a piece of vinyl to get full coverage would be something lol 42” after the valleys eat up extra vinyl.

Thanks in advance

If you have the corrugated metal to measure just run a piece of tape down it going into the valleys. Mark / cut the ends then lay it out on a flat surface and measure. ..... This would be the most accurate way of measuring.

Ya I’m on road and don’t have a piece. Many different styles of panel to boot

Then how would you expect someone to be able to give you a length? 2nd post answered best solution, painters tape is widely available and not expensive
