We recently purchased a Rastek 650 to upgrade our wide format capabilities. We have one customer we were outsourcing counter mats for and have an issue with the counter mats curling up on the four corners within 30 days of them being put down. (I don't think the adhesive is aggressive enough.) Since we want to start producing this work in house I am trying to find a material that will not curl and it needs to be reposition-able. Something in 3 - 4 mil.
